Remember that the claim is made on the non-compliance or irregularity of any of the characteristics of our services offered. Therefore, in case of loss, loss and/or damage of the cargo, you can file a claim by completing the following form.

Please note that the maximum time to file a claim is 15 days from the delivery of the cargo to the customer directly or to the assigned bonded warehouse, after this time the claim will not proceed according to the Montreal agreement.

Likewise, once the claim has been processed, the area in charge will initiate the corresponding investigation, you will receive a response within a maximum period of 15 days.
